Where are the meeting points?


You will find us at the arrivals exit inside the airport and we will have an identification sign in your name or company.

Train station

You will find us inside the station in front of the central ticket office and we will have an identification sign in your name or company.

Arena - Opera

You will find us at the Portoni di Brà, near the square, under the clock with a sign in your name

Do you refund if I no longer want a booked service?

Yes. If you change your schedule or for any other reason you can no longer use our transport service. If you cancel within 12 hours we will refund 100% whereas if you cancel within three hours we will refund 50%. We do not refund customers who do not show up at the designated collection point. Are pets allowed?

Yes. All small pets are welcome on board and do not pay any extra charge.

Are there aids for disabled?

Of course. We have vehicles enabled for the transport of disabled and there is no extra cost for the transport of wheelchairs.

What should I do if my flight/train is late?

No problem. Tell us the inconvenience and we will reschedule a transfer for you at no additional cost.
